A lot of the most popular and hard to find items are "unperm", meaning non-permanent or generally referred to as "duped" or "dupelicated" items. These items look perfectly normal, and are, but are also subject to being deleted by battle.net's dupe scanner. There's several methods used to trick the scanner which are also listed in the FAQ.
So, if you have stuff disappearing first check under every item's picture on our site to see if it's "UNPERM". If it is, make sure you follow the steps in the "How do I perm/temp-perm an item?". If this is not the case then perhaps you had some random lag while transfering or some wierd bug happened that caused you to lose it. 90% of our inventory, if not better, consists of items all found by us and are 100% legit guaranteed.
We will NOT replace any unpermed items which poof; we will NOT have sympathy for you if you tell us a story about how your poofing item ruined your life etc. What we will do is tell you to pay attention to what you buy since all unpermed items are clearly marked that way and you choose to buy them anyways
