All pictures are merely samples of the item to give you a graphical image of what it will look like and the stats associated with it. We cannot possibly list real screenshots of every single item we have in stock due to the immense variable ranged (often multiple) stats each item can have on it.
If your item lists a range (ie, Heart of the Oak 30-34 Resistance) and the picture shows a +38 that's just to show a HOTO, you will get a 30-34. If you need to get some kind of exact stats on your item then you need to use our request item page.
