Well, basically our advice is to learn to pay attention. Not only is the realm name in the titlebar of your browser while you browse any item, it's also under each item in your shopping cart before you checkout.
Those who have JavaScript enabled (90%~) will also get a popup confirmation box asking if you're sure you want to order X items on the X realm. You must click the ok/yes button to proceed with checkout.
Assuming you came in from a search engine link (which still 99.9% of the time includes the realm name in the url, unless you follow a contact/sitemap/policies type link from our top nav bar) you should still double check what you order in the final steps of submitting your cart. I don't know many people who just blindly throw money at stuff they're unsure about so check, double check, and check again.
We will not refund wrong realm/core orders anymore. It's become an extreme burden to us at how many users do this.. pay attention, or take your items, or file a dispute and wait 30 days from PayPal. We're not being compensated for the time it takes to take the items back off your mule, adjust all our stock quantities, store account settings (this item is on this mule), etc so pay attention or don't expect us to sympathize that you missed the realm name 2 or more times on the cart page. It can take up to 20-30 minute to adjust our system (worst case scenario of many highrune packs or many many items in the cart) to "take back" your wrong realm order; that is time we do not have to spare when other customers need us.
