On the main shopping cart page you will notice below the log of what's in your cart there's two areas. One is called Cart Coupon and the other is called Request ID.
You will take the ID #number from the email you recieved and input the number in to the Request ID box. After you have entered it there click "Apply". This will validate your request ID and if it's valid, matching your username, and not expired, it will add the item you requested to your shopping cart. This allows you to make your entire purchase at once as opposed to our old format of custom item requests having to be paid for seperatly. A lot of customers found that annoying; we did too, believe me!
That's really all there is too it. As the email stated your request is good for only 24 hours. Failure to use it before then is not our fault, and it will auto-expire after 24 hours. You could request it again, but customers who request items and do not pay for them are subject to an extreme penalty on their account so it's best to pay for your requests or do not bother with them at all.
