The most common reason is that you're replying to one of the many automated emails you recieve from our site. Only one staff member has access to the email used in the automated system emails and it's not often checked.
You should try using the contact us form, or if you know the email to one of the staff directly you can try that but we encourage you to use the contact us form so that any current online staff can assist you if they're available or work with what you're having a problem on.
It's still likely to recieve a reply to a question or comment sent to one of the automated emails but it could be severely delayed.

Also, the number one reason people do not get a response is because you failed to include the information relevant to your inquiry. Since our contact form states what you should include we do not bother replying to tell you another time to include said information. There are no exceptions.
