There will probably be a lot of questions and concerns about our CD Key service so we will try our best to put most everything we can think of in this FAQ.
1) Do the keys actually work online?

Yes they do. These are not keys that will install the game but be disabled from ladder play, realm play, banned, or in use by random people at random times. These are issues you'll probably run in to if you trade for cd keys on forums or with other Diablo 2 players.
2) How do I know you won't resell the keys to someone else?

Unlike a lot of sites, we do not do much by hand to ensure a very small margin of error. All of our CD Keys are stored in a central database and tagged with information to identify if they've been sold before and to who; our system will never fetch CD Keys for a customer if they have been sold to someone else. This prevents our multiple staff members from having to be sent an updated keylist everyday and risk a staff member giving out a key that they shouldn't of or something similar.
Lastly, if you've come to us for this service then you already seem to think we're not a bunch of scammers so don't worry about being ripped off; our reputation is worth far more than a few bucks that the cd key sells for.
3) What if someone buys some CD Keys and after they've been given the keys they say they don't want them (or similar). Do you put them back in to your CD Key pool? I do not want ANY keys which have been seen by any customer at all.

We do not refund CD Key purchases. If users chargeback or reverse payments after they've been issued CD Keys we promptly have the CD Key banned permanently so they cannot use it at all.
4) Okay this sounds really cool but I will need help installing the keys. Can you help me?

No. We will not help users figure out how to use D2Loader/MPQs or install multiple instances of Diablo II on the same computer. This is something you must do completly on your own.
5) I purchased some CD Keys and my email listed a mule account that does not work along side of the keys

Our CD Key system was built long after our shopping cart so we had to kind of design it to "plug in" to the cart and if you purchase only a cd key and no actual Diablo 2 items you will still be issued a mule account in the email. It just will not work, so ignore it.
6) I added a CD Key set to my cart and when I'm checking out it shows the key as a realm (example below):

Our shopping cart system is very complex, and in order to maintain it's core functionality we must tie everything to a specific realm and category. When you add a CD Key set to your cart it will show up as if you bought that on whatever realm you are viewing. This does not mean we are selling you the CD key on that realm (you can use the same key on East, and then use it on West at the same time without getting key in use message) it's just the way we had to work it in to the cart for you to not be bothered by purchasing cd keys seperatly from anything else. Like the mule account situation above, ignore it.
We will never sell east customers keys and then resell them to west customers even though you could both be on the seperate realms together and most likely never know. If you buy a CD key, you can use it on every realm in the game and feel confident no one else is going to pop up on it in a realm you do not usually play on.
