Any duped/unperm items will have a comment in their item notes that says "This item is UNPERMED! Read our faq for more information" or something along those lines.
You might notice that a lot of items do not have a decription/note on them. Does this mean they are unperm or legit? It means they are legit. Most likely the title of the item already describes the item good enough to not warrant putting any comments.
Some of our legit items have a comment under them stating they are permed when other similar items do not (ie: Maras Amulet 30 resist might say its legit where Maras Amulet 20-24 does not) -- this is due to either current (or past) seasons other shops duping the item and plauging the realms with unperm copies.
