We always wish to satisfy our customers, but in some cases we will stand strong on a no refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to, your items poofing when said item is marked unperm. You losing items due to being hacked, transfering with strangers, strength glitches, etc.
WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU ORDER FOR THE WRONG REALM OR CORE!!!!!!
We cannot stress enough how important it is that you make sure that you're ordering for the proper realm/core/ladder (or non). We've clearly marked almost every place possible with this information, and included a simplistic navigation system to toggle between them. If you cannot confirm that... that's not our problem!
Exceptions will and can be made on a case-by-case basis, but unless we're in the wrong on something it's unlikely we'll refund you due to something that was your fault.
