D2SUPPLIES strives to provide the absolute best diablo item pricing and selection in the market. For this reason you can find an extreme abundance of options for your budget and generally if an item does not list stats/notes than the title of the item makes it quite clear.
For example, if you buy a Maras Amulet +20-24 Resistance then we're not going to put a note on it saying you'll get a +20-24. However, if the item is severely duped (say, +30 maras on some realms) then we might mark it as legit. Items not marked legit do not mean they are unpermed/duped. They are just items which are duped and we're letting you know we found them ourselves. We mf/craft/gamble/hunt dclone/run uber tristram/roll 95%+ of our entire inventory. If we're offering an unpermed item we will always mark it that way.
Some items, due to rarity, aren't very stat specific. For example an Arkaines Valor +2 Skills Ethereal will be 150-179% ed depending on what we find. A lot of our items used to be this way (Griffons, Crown of Ages, etc) but overtime as we've expanded and can accumulate much more stock we can provide clear range and price schemes on those items. Unfortuantly, some items are simply too rare even for us to get mass amounts of and you'll have to gamble.
If you wish to get a specific stat item that isn't marked you can feel free to submit a custom item request or contact us and ask what we have in stock. If you choose to contact us please be aware that the highest stat we gave you might be purchased before you buy it so we cannot be responsible for that.
