We offer our customers two ways to let us know how we are doing. First, our survey, we encourage customers to take our survey. Their answers let us know how we are doing and where we can improve, which is of utmost importance to us.
For every customer that takes our survey we offer 5 d2bucks as a reward. The second method of leaving feedback is through comments. Customers have a choice rather or not to leave a comment, however, they receive no reward for comments left.
We are not perfect, we make mistakes, and we believe that the only way to improve or learn from our mistakes is to hear about them. Many of our additions and changes have come directly from the feedback given by our customers. If you ever read our news archives you'd notice a lot of feature additions/product changes shortly after some of the remarks below were made (and then why complaints about an area stopped).

First off, the server is great! Second, for all you skeptics out there, like myself, this is a true website. I personally, was uncomfortable my entire first process ..due to my own well being of course. There is nothing shady about the process or the website, I was just a bit paranoid at first. I read through as many feedback responses as possible and couldn't find anything comforting, so hopefully this is for those who are like me about such things. The mule process was simple and efficient, the timing was great for me(several hours, but I'm perfectly cool with that), and the availability and variety selection is massive, although not always peaked ..it's still highly enjoyed. After my first purchase, I came back the very next day and ordered again. I'm very happy with my choices and service. So to all those out there who aren't certain about this service ..I am! :)

| I have just recently come back to diablo thanks to this shop in the first place. I didn't want to go out to the store and spend $40 on the game so i gave one of your cd-keys a shot to see if it worked. Sure enough it did and im on again and have recently just geared my pally with your shop as well. Everything is legit all the items are permanent and to top it off everything was there very quickly, i didn't have to wait 10+ hours like i used to with other shops when i used to play. They are paypal verified and verisign approved which is the first thing i look for whenever i buy anything which made me feel safer as well. All and all i enjoy the reliability of this shop and stress free buying. Oh and to top it off their prices are the best i've seen as well. You are conducting an almost perfect service from a costumers point of wiev. Your staff doesnt seem to ever sleep. Either theyre zombies, the living dead, or robots. I suspect the laddder, because robots are cool ^^.
Only one bone to chew with you guys. Your scam-o-alarm thing is a bit paranoid.
It cancels orders seemingly at random claiming a scam has been detected. 3 strikes and my account is closed. So im a bit reluctant to proceed. Luckily a guy named adam (one of your cool robot staff members that never sleeps) alway fixes things, if youre stuck as a costumer. Id like to buy him a beer, but that is not a function you have implemented yet. Like a "Buy "insert staff members name" a beer 0.10$. |

| I've made 2 orders on D2Supplies so far and am satisfied. The first order came within 20 minutes. The second order was made around 3AM EST and took several hours which isn't a problem as I went to bed and the items had arrived by the time I woke up. All items were permanent and legit. I'm glad the site advertises whether an item is non-permanent or not. I also like how the FAQ's are open and honest. While some prices are a little higher than other sites, others are cheaper and this site has my trust. |

I have had a good experience with D2supplies. I have only had one time where delivery took over an hour, which i did not mind. The website is easy to navigate, easy to use. It works well with paypal, and i have never had any problems. I appreciate everything the site does, explains permed items and unperm items, Some websites will not give that crucial information, and it can cause problems. I'ts also the cheapest site that i have ever found. I have looked for cheaper. All prices are fair, or within reason.
If there were any drawbacks, it would be that there should be a BotD bows, and more types of dream. But with that being my only complaints, i think its pretty good.

I was skeptical of buying from any D2 site at first after reading scam reviews online. I purchased several items from D2 supplies this week and got mule accounts within ten minutes for both of them. I got home from work and grabbed all my items from the mule (by myself by creating a game with mule account and sitting for 10 minutes and then dropping and rejoining with my character). It was so nice to own in hell level for once by myself without having to join pub games and have people grabbing all the good items that fall.

This is the fastest site to get your items, and the cheapest i've ever seen. I bought from other companies and it took more than just 10 min to get my items (normally a couple hours untill I got them on their sites)...around how long it took here.

| i think this is the best diablo 2 item shop ive been looking at alot of different ones because i have a friend who is a fequent buyer and he was looking for the easyest fastest and cheapest place with the most variety of items..and ive got it narrowed dow to this site after awhile of searching and searching i give this site 5 out of 5 stars for deliverytime quality of items experience with staff members and all of the features and simplicity of looking for items. |
