We offer our customers two ways to let us know how we are doing. First, our survey, we encourage customers to take our survey. Their answers let us know how we are doing and where we can improve, which is of utmost importance to us.
For every customer that takes our survey we offer 5 d2bucks as a reward. The second method of leaving feedback is through comments. Customers have a choice rather or not to leave a comment, however, they receive no reward for comments left.
We are not perfect, we make mistakes, and we believe that the only way to improve or learn from our mistakes is to hear about them. Many of our additions and changes have come directly from the feedback given by our customers. If you ever read our news archives you'd notice a lot of feature additions/product changes shortly after some of the remarks below were made (and then why complaints about an area stopped).

I've ordered from different D2 item online sites and NONE OF THEM beat the price and the time for the order to be delivered. | D2supplies.com is one of the fastest and most reliable websites i have ever used to purchase D2 items. I have done a lot of price researching, and They are by far the cheapest people around. I have been a member with them for over 3 years now.. at least i think its been that long hah. They never screwed me over there honest, and your items get delivered to you in amazing speed. If you need, there also nice enough to do transfers for you if you do not have d2loader! That earned them 5/5 Stars with me! |

This is the fastest site to get your items, and the cheapest i've ever seen. I bought from other companies and it took more than just 10 min to get my items (normally a couple hours untill I got them on their sites)...around how long it took here.
