BULLETIN: Orders will be slightly delayed over the next week - 231 views

I'm just posting to let everyone know over the next week orders may not be shipped in their normal 10 - 60 minutes or less. We've had to let go one of our full time order fillers around 10 days ago and now two of our part time staff members are down due to internet problems with an ETA of roughly a week. The workload I've been dealing with is enough that we normally have 2 full time + 2 part time employees covering the jobs. You can imagine it's pretty rough.
To top that off, I have a lot of code updates I've been trying to implement but haven't had time for. So expect some new things in the next 2-4 weeks, including tons of new items.
You'll notice we are/have been running extremly low on stock accross all realms. I have multiple accounts of inventory to add but haven't had time to do it liike I usually do. That is another reason orders will be delayed. We have many items for West and East NL that desperatly need to be posted. A lot of nice east ladder ones will be too.
I'm probably going to spend most of the weekend adding all of the new stock, or atleast as much as I can. So expect 3-6 hour delays on your orders until I get caught up -- sorry, it's just impossible to constantly do all this work by myself and if I do not get new stock up very soon then you'll be more annoyed stuff is staying out of stock! =]
I just wanted to give a heads up since we usually ship orders within 30 minutes 24/7 but 3 of our 5 employees being gone is really hurting operations. I'm working basically 18-20 hours a day and after so long it's inenvitable I need a long nap which also delays orders, where we usually have 2 full time order fillers and 1 part time one it's just me.
I hope everyone is understanding to our situation, but rest assured Frank and I will work as hard as we can to fill the gaps. Since I will be setting aside dedicated time to sort the new inventory I might get it done by morning / mid day tommorrow and order deliveries will resume semi-normal timeframes. We are bringing on new part time order fillers within the next 2-4 weeks to also help fill the gap left behind when our full time employee Chris was let go.
