We've disabled the shopping cart system while re-organize our entire inventory. The d2buck store is still opening so you can spend those in the mean time.
We've been putting off organizing our inventory until ladder reset came since we'd have to start most realms fresh then anyways but that continues to seem like it's never coming, or atleast, not soon enough.
There is no ETA on how long this will take, but I'd imagine we'll be re-enabling the shopping cart Monday or Friday of next week. We apologize for this but I think our stock issues as we continously expand have been noticable to say the least, not to mention, the occassional refunds we issue simply because while the site says we have the item (and we probably do) order fillers simply cannot find them.
We're going to finish putting our entire inventory and their locations online so all current and future staff can find things instantly. We started the process "behind the scenes" shortly before re-opening east non ladder and west ladder but since losing some of our full time staff and other issues we've never had time to finish that and it's long overdue.
Apart from that news there's a bit of a good side to it. We'll be able to return to 10-60 minute delivery times. We're also going to be able to finally bring our two new order fillers on board next week, or the week after to ensure we retain our < 1 hour deliveries 24/7x365 again, which is something most have come to love about us. Also, when we re-open the cart most things should all be in stock and we'll re-open the only way we know how; d2supplies style. We'll be putting up a 15% off coupon for the entire week and beefing the d2buck reward system by 50% during that week also to celebrate.
