If your account has been banned for using a free email then I cannot tell you anything other than you're not forced to use our site at all and you're more than welcomed to shop some place else. Flooding us through email or the contact form is not going to get the bans lifted.
Now, the registration and cart have been re-enabled but there's a few catches now. New accounts must be confirmed through an email hash code sent to whatever you use to signup with. This ensures you actually own the email address in question. If you do not confirm the account within 7 days it will automatically be deleted. If you fail to login to your account within 30 days (and have 0 completed orders) your account is deleted (this is mainly to filter out prior registered accounts which are spoofs).
We also noticed not only did most of the people who were banned ignore the news posts but just went from free email to email. We thank you for providing us with free email providers we did not think of to ban. Now our list continues to grow each time you use any free email provider you will have the entire domain banned, your account will be autolocked, and you will be refunded. You're more than welcomed to keep going through the hassle and save us time from finding new email providers to ban so thanks in advance if you assist us on accident.
We noticed a few of you found the flaw in PayPal's "non-account" payment method. This has been addressed. Any order from a non paypal account (or even paypal) which is not what you signed up with it's simply ignored. We get the payment fine but it's not credited to your account nor will it be. It will be refunded within 24 hours though.
You're no longer allowed to edit your email addresses at all from your profile. This lead to a few cases of additional abuse. It's been fixed now. If you need to update your email addreses for whatever reason you can contact us with the information noted on the bottom of the profile page.
A few cosmetic changes have been done in the user panel aswell. You'll notice a "Tell a friend" link. This is how "customer referrals" work. The small code attached to our site url (shown in your user panel and unique to your account) allows us to track customers you send us and we will give you 20% of their total spent in d2bucks. It's yet another great way for us to give back to you and for you to get rewarded. That is located directly under the user panel welcome message. Right below that now shows your user id number. Send this in to us whenever you have questions concerning your account.
A lot of orders from today were refunded for various reasons. I won't go in to detail in this news post but if you had it cancelled you should of been issued a refund. There might be one or two orders that did not get refunded because I couldn't find a payment slip in all the emails please contact me directly (bryan@d2supplies.com) to speed up the refund if you did not get it. I need the PayPal transaction or reciept number only, nothing else is required. What I can say is non paypal account orders were all refunded due to the flaw in their system that we did not protect against. We do not intend to disable the ability to purchase without a PayPal account, but now we have better measurements put in to place to handle them properly.
We are also more than willing to help our long time loyal customers of yahoo, hotmail, and any other free email serivce switch over to a new email. We've already helped several update their PayPals and re-store access to their old accounts. If you have a POP3 type email (such as your ISP, or .edu college one, etc) that you need help switching to please feel free to contact us and we can assist you. Please do NOT re-register. We will not move your d2bucks or old orders/settings to the new account! Let us help you restore your old account first.
Last, but not least, the people who did not have their orders disabled I deeply apologize for the delivery delay. I will be getting those out to you shortly. It was just a huge priority to get these fixes done and as many orders as we get daily it's impossible to find time between them to sit down and re-write chunks of the site code.

Understand this was the last resort, something we've been putting off for over two months but it had to be done. My apologizes for those customers who choose to shop elsewhere, but we have no current or future plans to lift the bans, only to add additional ones as problems arise or we find them. As I've said many times before, if you're old enough to have a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account you should most definitly have access to a non-free email you can use on our site. ISPs generally give you 5 or 10, atleast one, free of charge with your internet subscription.
I also apologize for the length of this news post, but explaining as much as I can in this post and the FAQ will save more time than replying to 500 emails in the long run.
