We've disabled the cart and it will remain disabled until the 26th or 27th. We have so much to do before and after the reset that we feel this is the best way to handle the transition.
We will re-enable it with the West Non Ladder realm grand opening; both the East and West Non Ladder realms will be booming with tons of ladder only and other goodies from the prior ladder realms.
We are unsure how soon we'll be offering Ladder stuff but we'll know more about that directly after the reset.
