We've not updated for a while, but a lot has been going on. This morning we redid some of our pricing. The main thing effected were higher end uniques like: perfect maras, 40/15 verdungos, eth valor/templars, tyraels mights, etc had prices reduced. Regular uniques were also effected as we've lowered pricing on hoz, treks, and many other items as well. We've lowered their pricing by up to 40%!
Runeword pricing went back to how it was roughly 4-5 weeks ago, basically up $1-2 on some runewords. As you've noticed, we've been out of many runewords for a while and it's simply no longer possible for us to provide the prior pricing and the massive runeword ranges anymore. The price increase should not be such a big deal as this was our original pricing for well over 8 months. We have also added few new runeword s. Currently we'll be stocking East Ladder on runewords this week and East Non Ladder + West Ladder next week. You can expect most all runewords to come back in stock at the same time.
We've also temporarily taken custom characters out of stock. There's many customers not properly using the character configurer and providing invalid slot info or simply not pre-creating the account or chars. We're adding clearer instructions and the ability for the level team to communicate directly with the customer to resolve the issue without needing to refund the order and have you start it over. This has priority and will be fixed within 48 hours of this post and chars re-stocked.
We also will be providing CD Keys in the next week. We will post a dedicated news article about those when they launch so keep an eye out.
We've been updating many other features of the site when we get a chance. We've eliminated a few more stock glitch related bugs in our system too.
Last, we are aware we have had an increase delay in shipment, often severe, during our peak times. We're aware of the problem this is becoming and it's one we anticipated once we resolved stock issues from past. We'll be adding a new staff member next Monday who will be dedicated to assisting on orders during the evening time.
