We were notified around 5 AM CST another user on the machine the site is hosted on was aggrivating the abuse department at our datacenter, which resulted in the machine being taken offline. It stayed offline till roughly 2:20 PM CST.
We do apologize. We believe we won't face anymore downtime, but we're awaiting reply from the abuse department (we own the machine, so we're held accountable for other users too). It's a tough situation to be in, but if the site does go offline again today you will know why and we'll work our hardest to ensure it's up as fast as possible.
We'll be shipping out the orders that happened in the morning before the site went offline, and sorry again for the inconvience this may have caused. |
