It's Official: d2domain.com merges with d2supplies! - 242 views

Whew! What an amazing last two weeks it's been here at d2supplies. If you read our news posts from earlier you might of remembered us mentioning a possible merge or big thing happening shortly, this was it.
Long time friend and owner of d2domain.com and myself debated the idea of merging since I put d2supplies online almost a year ago, and last week it happened. Allow me to introduce Adam, our newest staff member, who will be handling many of the operations at d2supplies. Now, lets talk about the benifits of the merger.
First, you've already noticed the IMMENSE restocking that's been going on non stopped on the ladder realm, soon to follow on non ladder once our shipments come in there. That's only the tip of the iceberg. Not only is d2supplies going to be able to keep up with it's (seemingly endless, but that's not a bad thing!) monstrous growth, but I also just built an impressive trader panel almost fully automated for our traders to better keep up with demands and us to managee them easier. So we should be good to go with stocking for a while.
Second, we're finally going to open up our West Realms, with Europe soon to follow after West stablizes. Not only are all our realms going to be re-enabled, and new ones added, but our delivery time has increased dramatically! We've built our rep on quality items at the best prices with great delivery time and I admit, we grew way too fast to handle it and delivery started to suffer in the last two-three months; We are addressing this as a top priority! and I feel we can bring it back down to 1-2 hours or less, 3-4 at a very odd time.
Third, if things couldn't really look any better for us it continues to be. Adam can also program, so I have extra help to make d2supplies a better site. Everything on this site is built by us, for you, in house so an additional coder was great. We have so much planned you guys are going to really enjoy some ofthe new site features and ideas we're tossing around.
Lastly, I have done a LOT of work on the website lately, Adam too. You might notice random errors here or that that go away when you refresh -- do not worry, we're just uploading new files and apologize. If you notice something odd for an extended period of time though please contact us through the webmaster address.
By the way, a lot of users have asked us before if they could leave "feedback" -- comments about us for other potential customers to see. I added that for you guys if you choose to fill it out. Totally optional.
Also, inside the same page (located at the bottom of your user panels) you can take a quality assurance survey. This is a simple question form where you rate 1-5 for anwsers. The results will help us increase performance in areas majorities feel it's needed. This is also optional. You can take it without leaving feedback, and vice versa
Some we be put in our public domain @ http://www.d2supplies.com/feedback/ for people to read, so take note to the bold statement above where you submit them stating what will be public if we choose (to not violate privacy rights) -- We will appreciate everyones feedbacks and surveys who choose to take them, even negative ones as long as they are constructive.
You will get 5 d2bucks for free if you complete the SURVEY, as that data is important to us, feedbacks for the webpage you will get no bonus for doing that as it does not help us become a more quality site for you, the existing customer; survey results will!
I should have a voting poll up in the user panel within the week also. This will help us decide other things like which items need to be stocked more, or what part of the site should be worked on. Basically, anytime we need information from customers we will put up a voting poll for you guys to take (optional). There might be a bonus of a few d2bucks for every voting poll you participate in but nothing is set in stone yet.
Sorry for the long post but wanted to fill everyone in. I know a lot were doubting us for the last month as stock counts continued to fall with no signs of coming back and delivery times got scary.
Our 1 year anniversary is around the corner... look for something INSANE to happen on that day. A big coupon, huge bonuses for sales, we're not sure yet but something will make it worth ordering on that day!
