Horray! Both UsEast Ladder Custom Characters and UsEast Non Ladder Custom Characters are back.
We are setting up our West Ladder and West Non Ladder team for leveling as well, so look for them within a week. Torches will also be restocked over the next two weeks. We'll try to put some on every realm equally.
Adam and I are working on some new code for the site over the weekend. Mainly some administration features, but I'll also be messing with the cart system and a few other things. If you notice any odd bugs/errors/glitches please try back in 5 minutes (perhaps we're uploading new files or something) and if it still persists please email Bryan and I'll try to get it taken care of.
We'd like to offer additional leveling services like some other sites do. You'd have the option to purchase waypoints/quests in each difficulty, or in all three, for an extra price. It'd take a lot of re-programming to add this in, but if you guys think you'd like that option please shoot me an email to webmaster@d2supplies.com or bryan@d2supplies.com.
Also, as a side note, we've been training two new staff members. They work from 9am - 9pm Monday - Friday so if you're order is messed up or something similar email me directly at bryan@d2supplies.com most of the time they do not check the contact inquries since it takes them a lot longer to get the orders out. I'll resolve your issue as fast as I can just include your order # and the problem.
Last, but certainly not least, did you know that D2supplies.com officially turns 2 years old this month? September 28th will be our 2nd year up on the site. It's been a long bumpy road, but we're pretty stoked. Look for some kind of insane deals or coupon code around that time. I don't know what we'll be doing for sure yet, but you know that d2supplies goes all out baby.
