We're experiencing extreme lag with our PayPal emails. In short, PayPal is not properly telling us when you make a payment. Some orders are not being sent back to us for several hours. This can delay your order because we cannot process any orders without their slip (so we can track if it's pending/completed/cancelled/etc). If you're experiencing a delay in your order for over 24 hours please contact us with all the information you can regarding your order. This seems to happen mostly in the evenings.
Also, keep in mind, we ship to your PayPal email address. Check that, and if you use a free email service please check your junk and spam folders because that's probably where it's at. If you don't check your PayPal email you should probably update it to one you do or you won't get any kind of email from us.
On another note, today some orders are just delayed due to Thanksgiving and we are working on getting those out now too. Hope everyone had a good holiday if you celebrate it. |
